June 7,2016, was the first day of teachers’ orientation with Mrs. Amalia Quiam, the SMCCS Academic Coordinator.  Teachers had a self-introduction, then  Mrs. Quiam gave the schedule of activities for the month of June and some reminders.

FACULTY, STAFF AND MAINTENANCE RECOLLECTION

June 8, 2016, was the recollection of the SMCCS faculty, staff and maintenance at SMMCS Elijah’s Room. It was facilitated by Sr. Schielden E. Torreda, the school principal.  It was focus on the individual giftedness.

FACULTY AND STAFF IN SERVICE TRAINING

June 10, 2016 was the start of the INSET for teachers and staff. The theme was: “Staying Positive at Work with EQ.” The speaker was Mrs. Ging L. Igual.

June 11,2016 was the second day of the INSET with Christopher P. Hernandez, MAEd, MS, OTRP, RGC. The topic was: “ The Counselor in You!” The teachers had different activities about counselling and there are also workshops on different approaches.

The seminar was ended with participants’ pledge of commitment as a counselor for the school year.
